Yes – Zumba can help you burn calories at a high rate, thus forms part of the fat-loss process. At Action Point, Zumba classes are part of our program. Along with the other sessions, Zumba is included to help encourage guests to move their bodies in a fun and energetic way.

At Action Point we have 2 Zumba sessions per week, currently on a Tuesday and Friday.

Absolutely – Zumba ia included in our packages. All packages at Action Point are totally all-inclusive – meaning no missing elements or surprise extra costs.
