Level 3 (R.E.P.S) or an internationally recognized equivalent certification is the minimum requirement for instructors working at Action Point. This is a high training level and requires many years of experience. We employ international trainers. Our trainers speak English, Thai, Dutch, French and Australian. All our retreat packages are fully customizable in accordance with your needs. Which means any training session could be changed by you for the time you need. We do give a core suggested daily schedule which you can find by visiting each retreats page individually. You can arrive any day that suits you. This program is established for you, so day you arrive will determine when your program will begin. Any day is possible to arrive on, and at any time. We are able to arrange a transportation for you 24/7. All our wellness and fitness retreat packages come with included accommodation at price. Once you complete a booking, we automatically schedule a room for you for the time period you will be here. However, if for some reason you want to stay at another location while going through a wellness retreat at Action Point, please contact our staff via email to inform them and discuss the details. Because we are usually fully booked all year round, we do not have a high season or low season price for our retreat packages. However, the rooms availability vary depending on if it’s high season or low season. It is suggested to book your retreat & rooms as early as possible cause of our limited exclusive 12 rooms boutique availability. The average age is 30-65. But often we’ve guests that are younger and we have guests over 70. We provide number of nutrition supplements like whey proteins, hemp, vegan proteins, along with other essential supplements. They are available at our restaurant. These are complimentary in every program, but if you want to buy your own, we have shops nearby that you can buy from. If you want to get additional protein shakes you may achieve this at our roof-top pool restaurant, or utilizing the reception service. Yes there are classes 7 days per week and we are open daily 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. You don’t have to be fit to start with us at Action Point. Many guests are trying fitness for the first time. This program is personalized for you specifically and you will receive 1-on-1 workout sessions with one or of our fitness trainers, which will train you at your individual level. Our instructors will help and support you every step of just how ensuring you obtain the most from your program and reach the goals which you have set. After we have obtained the 25% deposit by PayPal, we will confirm your room and send you a confirmation within 24hrs. If you cancel your booking less than 14 days before your arrival, your deposit maybe be forfeited. A 25% deposit must confirm your reservation. This is made online and paid via PayPal. Upon your arrival at Action Point, you will be required to clear the balance of your retreat package. Most time we don’t cater to more than 10-12 guests staying in our resort and each group training session generally has between 7 to 15 guests. Most of our guests at Action Point come on their own. As most people are friendly and welcoming in warm, good weather, it is easy to meet new people when the objectives are the same. Most couples who book retreats together often different packages. Check-in is after 2 pm and check-out is 12-noon. If you want an early on check-in or late check-out, please let us know beforehand so we are able to arrange this if we have space. Unfortunately, our facility is not child friendly. Minimum age is 16 unless with adults. However, couples with an infant under 1 are welcome. We can also arrange baby sitting.
