It is also a fundamental part of any persons’ weight loss and fitness progress. Our Cross-Training sessions have a strength component matched with a high-intensity workout component. Designed to replicate functional movements, these workouts are all varied and provide a great stimulus for muscle building, fat loss and improving your fitness & conditioning. What is X-TRAIN and FLEX
Our X-Train classes consist of a strength focus to begin, followed by a functional movement workout performed at high intensity.
Our FLEX classes are a functional body-building circuit that focuses on controlled exercises looking to improve strength, hypertrophy and fat burn.
All workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.
These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time-or power.
The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness, weightloss and fat burn.
Over a week of training you will work on strength, power and endurance so you see big improvements in all markers of your fitness. Combined with on-point nutrition, you can expect your body composition to improve significantly, and improve weightloss, fat burn and muscle gain results.
